CHECKMAGIC ^® lets you print checks directly onto blank check paper. This saves the expense of custom pre-printed checks and gives added convenience and security. You can save up to $70 per 1000 checks, and the start-up costs are low.

Ordering Procedure

You can order CHECKMAGIC software and supplies directly from us via toll-free phone, via our secure online order form, via fax, or via the US Mail. We accept payment using MasterCard^TM, VISA^TM, American Express^TM or Discover^TM.

CHECKMAGIC software is provided on a standard CD ROM. CHECKMAGIC will NOT operate under Microsoft^TM Windows^TM 3.xx, or MAC.

All versions of CHECKMAGIC may be operated on a network and instructions for network installation is included. 

You will also need blank check paper to print your checks. We provide three styles of check stock to meet all of your personal or business needs.

CHECKMAGIC also can supply double window envelopes for business size checks.

CHECKMAGIC supports the requirements for printing of checks for banks in the USA.

Blank Check Paper Styles, Envelopes and Prices

The available styles of blank check paper and envelopes are described in the following table and shown in the diagrams immediately following the table. All checks are printed on 8.5" x 11" sheets of 24lb. check safety paper. The paper has all of the necessary perforations to make separation easy once printed but to keep the check stock in one piece during printing. Each blank check on the paper contains a colored background design that lifts off at any attempt of erasure or tampering, as well as a watermark micro-printed security border and all required endorsement information on the back.

Our blank check paper is specially designed for use in laser and ink jet printers and is guaranteed to meet the requirements of the American Bankers' Association (ABA) and the Federal Reserve System.

We also can supply Double Window envelopes for both styles of business size checks (B1 Voucher & B3 Standard). Our envelopes are security-lined for confidentiality.

Green and Maroon are also available at no extra charge -
please specify when ordering.

*Style B3 is only available in blue.

Magnetic Toner (MICR) Cartridge Availability and Prices (optional)

All cartridges print approximately 10,000 checks. The cartridges can be used for general-purpose laser printing as well as for checks.

If you don’t see your printer on the list, inquire. It may be supported.

All cartridges are guaranteed for 90 days from date of purchase.
